The other team from the capital- the Delhi Rebels- took 5th place in the competition, beating the side from Tamil Nadu 16-7. But perhaps the most thrilling match of the day came when the KISS squared off against the Jammu&Kashmir team for the 7th and 8th place, with the former defeating the latter 19-18 to avoid the wooden spoon.
Saturday saw another day of very one-sided contests as in both the rankings as well as the Cup Semifinals, there was total domination by one team over the other. In fact, all through the course of the 4 days, one saw several landslide victories for all teams, with the Delhi Rebels beating the team from Rajasthan 72-0 on the third day of the competition.
